San Andreas, CA – After a triumphant 10-0 season, the Calaveras Redskins were taken down in game one of the division playoffs by the Patterson Tigers.
In a well-fought contest Friday night at Calaveras, the Tigers seemed determined to emerge victorious. And they did, 35-20.
Patterson took an early lead going into the second half with 28 points over Calaveras´ 6.
In the third quarter Calaveras came back with two touchdowns but went scoreless in the fourth.
Patterson will continue in the playoffs to face the winner of the Escalon vs. Pioneer game.
