San Andreas, CA — A Murphys man is facing several charges after an altercation with Calaveras County Sheriff´s Deputies.
A Sheriff´s report indicates that authorities responded to a residence on a report that a man was threatening to shoot his wife.
Deputies arrived to find 53-year-old Michael Peccia intoxicated outside the house. After a brief struggle with deputies, Peccia was placed under arrest and taken into custody. Officers say Peccia had firearms in the house but didn´t display them.
Peccia was booked into Calaveras County Jail on charges of making criminal threats, domestic violence and resisting arrest.
