Update: Vehicle And Structure Fire In Sonora

Update at 7:48am: Crews continue to be on the scene of a fire that ignited at around 7am in Sonora. The Police Department reports that a covered storage area caught on fire along Olive Street, and it spread to an adjacent fence, and then to a vehicle parked on Maple Street. The Sonora Fire Department has successfully knocked down the flames, but mop-up will continue over the coming hours.

It reportedly ignited just before 7am along Maple Street, near the Lytton Street intersection. Be prepared for activity in the area.
