Sacramento, CA — California Lottery officials say the commission brought in record sales of more than $3 billion dollars in the last fiscal year.
About 1.1 billion of that will go to schools.
Scratch games brought in more than half of the revenue.
The old record was just over 2.9 billion in the fiscal year ending in 2004.
