Calaveras County Sheriff´s Deputies made an arrest Sunday night in the Glencoe area on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and threatening a peace officer.
58-year-old Charles Jeffrey Wilson was apparently despondent and upset and threatened to shoot himself, his wife, and anyone who approached the residence. After the suspect´s wife and father were allowed to leave the residence, deputies obtained a warrant and took him into custody. Wilson was transported and booked at the Calaveras County Jail with a bail amount of 100 thousand dollars.
