Over 50 community leaders in Tuolumne County have teamed up with the nonprofit Sonora Area Foundation to begin compiling a snapshot of the county.
Organizer Patricia Jones says residents will begin receiving phone calls in mid-February from the Foundation with questions about what makes the county tick. Jones says the survey along with research done by the group will be used to compile a snapshot of Tuolumne County.
Jones says the results of the snapshot will be made available to anyone that wants them. The Foundation plans to update the snapshots every 3-years.
