Don´t complain about all of the rain just yet.
Although the snowpack is above average, we could still end up with a below average year if the rain were to stop now for the rest of the season according to Tuolumne Utilities General Manager Gary Egger. The March 1st snowpack measurements indicates that so far the water content is 145 percent of average for the Stanislaus River Shed. And it´s 130 percent of average in the Mokelumne River Watershed.
