Modesto, Ca — Save Mart Supermarkets has acquired 132 Albertson´s stores in northern California and northern Nevada.
The company made the announcement earlier today.
The sale includes the Albertson´s Food and Drug located in Sonora´s Junction Shopping Center. A Save Mart spokesperson was not immediately available to comment on whether this announcement will have any effect on that location.
Save Mart already has two stores in Sonora, one on West Stockton Road and a second on Mono Way in the Timberline Shopping Center.
Save Mart Supermarkets is based in Modesto.
