Twain Harte, CA — According to Nathan Christopher Yarbrough, Charles Manson is no longer an inmate in the California state prison system.
In fact Manson, according to Yarbrough, tried to start a fire in the vicinity of the Twain Harte Golf Course Tuesday evening. It all started at about seven o´clock when Twain Harte Fire Captain Paul Waite was contacted by a citizen who stated that an individual was lighting a fire behind the golf course. Waite then discovered the 39 year old Columbia resident hunched over glowing embers.
Yarbrough tried to punch Waite … he missed … then he swung his backpack at the fire captain.
Corporal Mark Kerzich from the Sheriff´s Department arrived on the scene and was told by Yarbrough that; ” … Charles Manson did it.”
The small fire was extinguished and Yarbrough was taken into custody and booked for arson and battery on a firefighter.
