Columbia, CA — The Tuolumne Narcotics Team (T.N.T.) pulled off a major bust in the Columbia area Monday afternoon.
Four team members were investigating a report of a marijuana garden in the area of Italian Bar Rd. The team members followed a trail and located the garden and approximately 10 Hispanic male adults still inside the garden. The suspects fled but one individual, 28 year old Jose Maldonado from the Merced area, was captured and arrested.
Approximately 8,100 marijuana plants, close to being harvested, were eradicated.
