Sonora High Ceramics Teacher Keeps Memory of Jim Albini Alive

Sonora, CA– Many say the name Jim Albini will never be forgotten.

This is clearly the case when it comes to Sonora High ceramics teacher Chris Todd who is not only teaching students to make clay pots but also keeping the memory of the former ceramics teacher alive.

Todd says she owns several pots made by Albini and passes them around in class to show students how talented he was. Todd says Albini was a very creative and extremely strong spirited person who just loved making pots.

After spending two months in the U.C Davis Medical Center´s Burn Unit, Albini passed away Wednesday evening.
