Copperopolis, CA — A boater was killed Saturday evening after an accident on Lake Tulloch near Copperopolis.
The Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department says three men from Livermore were on the lake at around midnight when their boat ran aground. They were ejected from the boat and landed in the water.
39-year-old Brett Graham was pronounced dead at the scene. The operator of the boat, 50-year-old Dennis Lawrence, was taken to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto where he is listed in fair condition.
The third man, 47-year-old Matt Feltz, was not injured.
