There will be a memorial service for Ruth Dudgeon Joseph, who passed away on January 16 at Skyline Place in Sonora, at Mt. Carmel Church in Big Oak Flat on Monday, March 28, at 1 PM. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
