Jason Israel “Izzy” Houck, a resident of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, October 17. Visitation is scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM on Thursday, October 20, at Heuton Memorial Chapel. There will be a Celebration of Life at 2 PM on Thursday, October 20, at New Life Family Church. A Memorial Fund has been set up at Central California Bank. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
