Flora Artzer, a resident of Tuolumne, passed away on Thursday, February 9, at Memorial North Hospital in Modesto. There will be a Memorial Vigil at Terzich & Wilson on Friday, February 17, at 6 PM. Services will be held in the Tuolumne Chapel of Terzich & Wilson on Saturday, February 18 at 11 AM. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
