Richard H. “Dick” Rogers, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Saturday, April 4, at Doctor’s Medical Center in Modesto. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations preferred to the John Christopher Rogers Memorial Scholarship Fund at Columbia College in Columbia, CA. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
