Sandra Ritter, a resident of Twain Harte, passed away on Friday, July 20, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. There will be Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 25, 2 PM at the Twain Harte Golf Club. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
