John Franklin “Jack” Rucker, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Sunday, November 11, at his home. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 26, 1 PM at the Sonora Opera Hall followed by a reception. Donations may be made to the Tuolumne General Hospital Foundation, P.O.
