Dr. Richard Shannon “Dick” Russell, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, at a Sonora care home. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, August 9, 4 PM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
