Jesse “Vernon” Stump, a resident of Tuolumne, passed away on Friday, January 22, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Donations may be made to Christian Heights Church Mission Fund or to Gideon International. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
