Change In Organ-Tissue Donor Process

Sacramento, CA — The state´s department of motor vehicles will launch a new system it says will make it easier for motorists to register to be organ and tissue donors when they renew their licenses.

Donors will be entered into a computer database and the pink dot on donors´ licenses will be made permanent.
