Gas Prices Drop Slightly

Camarillo, CA — Gas prices nationally fell about one-and-a-half cents over the past two weeks, the first time since they started their steady climb in February.

The nationwide Lundberg Survey found self-serve regular averaged about $2.93 a gallon, down from about $2.95 two weeks ago. The average price of mid-grade was $3.03 a gallon while premium sold for $3.13 a gallon.

Gas prices have climbed more than $.70 since February 24th when self-serve regular was $2.24 a gallon.
