San Andreas, CA– A proposal to start the project of building a subdivision near Valley Springs will be looked at by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Monday.
The Planning Commission has already placed their stamp of approval on the request so long as developer Roger Canepa agrees to abide by the environmental issues in that area.
Canepa calls the project Valley Springs Estates. If approved; officials say each home would be priced at about $400,000.
