Sonora, Ca — Infant Child Enrichment Services has received a $10,000 gift from the Sonora Area Foundation.
ICES is the winner of the annual Elaine Symons Baker Community Impact Award. The donation will help the organization continue to provide a variety of parenting support services in Tuolumne and Mariposa Counties.
Sonora Area Foundation Directors select a community recipient for the award each year, in honor of the Foundation´s first major benefactor Elaine Symons Baker. Organizations are selected for making a significant impact in the community.
Past recipients have included the Sonora High School Golden Regiment Band, Interfaith Services, the Yes Partnership and others.
