Sonora, CA — Stanislaus National Forest Dispatch Center Manager Bill Barrios reports a two-thirds of an acre vegetation fire approximately 11 miles northwest of Pinecrest.
Resources are accessing the location from Hwy 4 near Dorrington through the Sour Grass Campground.
A helicopter and one engine are on the scene. Headed for the scene are two additional engines and two hand crews. A dozer is also in rounte. Cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
No other details are available at this time.
