Sonora, Ca — In an attempt to further beautify Sonora, the City is offering low interest facade loans to businesses.
This type of loan has been available to property owners for some time, but Rachelle Kellogg says the program was recently expanded so that tenants can take advantage.
Tenants can apply for up to a $5,000 loan at three percent interest, and property owners can apply for up to a $10,000 loan at five percent interest.
