Sacramento, Ca — The National Weather Service says a Winter Storm Watch will be in effect from 8pm this evening through tomorrow afternoon for upper elevations of the Sierra Nevada.
The storm is expected to bring total snowfall amounts up to a foot above 8000 ft., with six inches or more possible above 7000 ft.
