Valley Springs, Ca — 55 year old Paul P. Picciau was arrested yesterday after driving his 2006 PT Cruiser off Hwy 26 into a barbwire fence and gate.
According to the CHP, the Valley Springs resident allowed his vehicle to drift over the yellow lines, into the opposing traffic lanes. When he tried to correct, he ran off the right hand side of the road. It was later discovered that Picciau was driving intoxicated, and was booked at the county jail for DUI. The accident was reported at 3:34pm.
