San Andreas, CA — That 60 acre vegetation fire near Hwy 4 and Dutton Rd. was quickly contained by CAL FIRE crews this afternoon.
No cause of the fire has been determined. CAL FIRE Emergency Command Center Dispatcher Ed Allendorf says mop up crews will be on site for the next couple of hours.
One tanker has already been dispatched to Hollister while the other aircraft have returned to the Columbia Air Base.
