Sonora, CA — 27 year Tuolumne County resident Ann E. Connolly has been named the county´s new Human Services Agency director.
Connolly will, effective April 1, replace the retiring Kent Skellenger. Connolly has spent 17 years in the agency and for the past three years she has served as assistant director.
