Sonora, CA — The Sonora Planning Commission has given their blessing to the developers of the Oak Park Subdivision.
Hix Land Company is planning to create 46 single family residential lots and 12 single family affordable units north of downtown Sonora.
The Planning Commission voted four to zero in favor of the recommendation. There was also one abstention.
Community Development Director Ed Wyllie notes that the commissionrecommended a number of conditions associated with the project and made certain findings that are required by law that they make.”
These recommendations will be heard at future meeting by the City Council. The Council is expected to take up the issue in February.
