Sonora, CA — CHP Officer Tom Wills reports that one lane of Hwy 49 at Tuttletown will open momentarily with controlled traffic.
The highway has been closed for approximately three hours due to a fallen tree and downed power lines.
No estimate has been given for the opening of the second lane.
