Sonora, Ca — Needed repairs have been made to the arching power lines, and 20764 Phoenix Lake Rd. has reopened to vehicle traffic.
According to the CHP Dispatch Center, the road had been closed since around 4:45pm. The cause of the arching power lines is not known at this time.
