Lodi Man Injured In Hwy 26 Motorcylce Accident

Glencoe, Ca — 25-year-old Jacob Swaim of Lodi suffered major injuries and was airlifted to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto following a motorcycle accident on Hwy 26 near Glencoe this morning.

The CHP reports that Swaim was traveling east near Humburg Creek Rd. around 8am when he swerved to avoid a deer and ran into a tree. Swaim was ejected 30 feet down an embankment before he eventually came to a rest and was able to call 911. He reportedly sustained multiple broken bones. The CHP says that excessive speed likely led to the accident.
