Sonora, CA — CAL Fire is reporting a vegetation fire behind a residence at 20100 Somette Drive across from Phoenix Lake Rd.
According to on-scene personnel it´s a burn pile with a very slow spread to a quarter-of-an-acre down an embankment.
All aircraft from the Columbia Air Base have been cancelled. The majority of the ordered engines are being recalled.
No other details are available at this time.
