Kennedy Meadows, Ca — After being devastated by a fire this past October, the Kennedy Meadows Resort is ready to open its doors for business once again.
Beginning Monday owner Matt Bloom says the restaurant, store, lodge, cabins and saloon will be open and operational.
Bloom notes that the resort has received incredible help over the past few months from friends, family, local businesses and county government leaders.
On October 1st a fire destroyed the Main Lodge, which included the restaurant and store. The fire spread to several cabins and other outbuildings before it was eventually extinguished.
