Columbia, CA — Caltrans says a crew will spend Tuesday working to finish the installation of traffic lights on Hwy 49 at the Pedro Y near Columbia.
Delays of up to 20 minutes can be expected between 8am-5pm, so motorists will want to avoid the area if possible. The contractor for the $177,000 project is Tennyson Electric out of Livermore.
