Valley Springs, CA — 41-year-old Mark E. Culver of Valley Springs was arrested for D.U.I. Wednesday afternoon following a rollover accident on Paloma Rd. near the intersection of Cosgrove Creek Rd.
The CHP says Culver lost control of his 1993 Mitsubishi, rolled over and traveled through a fence. Culver was not injured.
