Sonora, CA — Seven-year-old Brian Hill of Modesto has been found safe following an extensive search Sunday morning in the Emigrant Wilderness near Pinecrest.
Sgt. A.J. Ford of the Sheriff’s Office says Hill had been missing since Saturday afternoon. Further details about the rescue are currently not available. The search was carried out by the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office, Tuolumne County Search and Rescue, Calaveras County Search and Rescue, Forest Service, CHP and volunteers.
