Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious death off Hwy 108/120 and J-59.
Sgt. A.J. Ford says a female was found dead in the passenger side of a white Honda that was parked in the turnout area. The vehicle was reported by a passerby at 1:23pm.
Sheriff’s Detectives are on scene investigating. The vehicle is believed to be connected to a missing person case out of Atwater.
