Jenny Lind, CA — The victim in a June 27th shooting in Jenny Lind has passed away.
51-year-old Michael Ferrier was shot during an altercation with his roommate Robert Friend.
Ferrier had been attempting to recover at a Sacramento area hospital.
Sgt. Dave Seawell of the Sheriff’s Department says Friend has been charged with homicide and remains in Calaveras County Jail.
