Sonora, CA — Gary Lee Phalen will be in Tuolumne County Superior Court Wednesday at 1:15pm for a bail hearing.
Phalen’s vehicle struck Virginia Plummer of Jamestown on February 9th and is charged with vehicular manslaughter, a felony. A previous charge of being intoxicated has been dismissed.
Meanwhile, Phalen’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 1st at 8:15am in Department One of Tuolumne County Superior Court.
