The first few days of September will be hot in the Motherlode.
Temperatures will be around 100 degrees both Thursday and Friday.
As far as the upcoming Labor Day weekend, temperatures will fall into the 90s on Saturday before cooling off back into the 80s on Sunday and Monday and extending into next week.
