Two Injured In Calaveras Motorcycle Accidents

Mokelumne Hill, CA — There were two weekend motorcycle accidents in Calaveras County.

The CHP reports that 30-year-old Walter Ebbett IV of Mokelumne Hill sustained major injuries after colliding with a deer on Railroad Flat Road Saturday evening. Ebbett was ejected from the bike near Prussian Hill. He was taken to Sutter Amador Hospital.

On Friday, Merril D. Harp of Valley Springs was riding along Pardini Place near Baldwin Street when he lost control of his bike. Harp collided with the gravel shoulder. He was transported to Memorial Medical Center with moderate injuries.
