Keeping Tuolumne County Community Safe

Sonora, CA — Issues facing law enforcement in Tuolumne County will be the focus of Mother Lode Views this weekend.

Tuolumne County Sheriff Jim Mele and Sonora Police Chief Mark Stinson will talk about recent trends they notice regarding crime in the community. The two will talk about working with reduced staff and ways technology helps their individual departments. Sheriff Mele will also talk about illegal marijuana grows that are being discovered in isolated areas of the county.
