Sonora, CA – California Secretary of State Debra Bowen will be visiting Sonora this week.
According to Tuolumne County Clerk and Auditor-Controller Debi Russell, Bowen hopes to visit every county in California to meet with election officials, and Friday she plans to be in Tuolumne County. Bowen will meet with Russell and other county staff members to hear any concerns there are regarding election matters. Bowen served 14 years in the California legislature before becoming Secretary of State in 2007.
