Angels Camp Business Activity

Angels Camp, CA — Business activity is picking up in Angels Camp.

According to City Planning Director David Hanham, the Planning Commission this week approved a Conditional Use Permit for the Sonora Regional Medical Center Prompt Care facility that will be located in an existing building at 23 North Main Street. The commission granted a permit for a new restaurant called Sidewinders. The Mexican style eatery will be located at 1252 South Main Street. The Commission also approved a request from Mark Twain Saint Joseph’s Hospital to place a 10 x 16 foot sign at 590 Stanislaus Avenue, which is the location of its future 45,000 square foot Family Medical Center.
