Jamestown, CA – The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a “suspicious death” in the Mill Villa Estates Subdivision.
“At this point we are not calling this a homicide, it is just a suspicious death,” says Sgt. Jeff Wilson. “We really don’t have any more information to release at this time.”
The woman, identified as Ruby Brown, was found dead in her home Monday.
The Sheriff’s Office is looking for a person of interest that may have additional information. The body was taken to a crime lab.
