La Grange, CA — The victim in a fatal Wednesday afternoon traffic accident on Highway 132 has been identified.
The CHP says 69-year-old Russell A. Yoder of La Grange was travelling westbound on Highway 132 when he drove off the road and allowed his vehicle to overturn.
No other vehicles were involved. The accident occurred at 3:20pm.
