McDonalds To Open In Fall

Angels Camp, CA — McDonalds is moving forward with plans to open in the Angels Camp Frog Jump Plaza.

The City Council has approved final fees, approximately $150,000, that the company will pay to offset the additional traffic that the business will generate.

According to Angels Camp Mayor Jack Lynch, McDonalds hopes to have the restaurant open by this coming fall.

The Council and Planning Commission consider McDonalds to be part of the existing shopping center. Had it been decided that McDonalds should qualify as a "stand alone" business, the restaurant would have had to pay additional traffic fees.
